Is Cheaper Actually Worse?
Not necessarily. Every tyre sold in the UK, budget or premium, has to pass the same legal safety and wet-braking standards. What separates a £35 budget tyre from a £110 premium one is usually wear rate, noise level, and grip in heavy rain rather than a safety cliff-edge. For a lower-mileage car or a tight budget, a budget tyre from a known manufacturer is a legitimate choice, not a compromise on safety.
Our Discount Tyre Options
- Part-worn tyres from £15 fitted — checked for tread depth, sidewall condition and repair history before sale
- New budget tyres typically £30-£55 fitted, from established value brands
- Mid-range tyres (Hankook, Kumho, Falken) £55-£90 fitted, a step up in wet grip and quietness
- Premium options (Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone, Pirelli) also available if you'd rather pay more up front for longer life
Driving Over from Egham
From Egham, the A30 is the most direct route to us — around 4 miles, typically 12-15 minutes depending on traffic through Staines. We're on Feltham Road, Ashford TW15 1DH, with parking at the garage. Call ahead with your tyre size and we'll have it ready.
Straight Pricing, No Upsell
We quote a price on the phone based on what you actually need, not a "from" figure designed to get you through the door. If a budget option genuinely suits your car and driving, we'll say so. Wheel balancing, a new valve and a pressure check are included with every fit regardless of which tyre tier you choose.
Also Serving Englefield Green & Virginia Water
As well as Egham TW20, we're a similar drive for Englefield Green and Virginia Water GU25, both roughly 15 minutes via the A30 or A328.
