3. No Warranty or Guarantee on Parts
Please note the following with regard to our policy on warranties and guarantees:
No Warranty or Guarantee on Parts: SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS does not provide any warranty or guarantee on any parts (including tyres) replaced or fitted by our technicians, once the customer has left our premises.
Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the vehicle and parts before leaving our garage. Once the customer leaves the premises, we cannot accept liability for any faults, damages, or defects in the tyres or parts installed.
Third-Party Parts: In cases where a customer provides their own parts for fitting, SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS will not be responsible for any issues arising from the use of such parts.
4. Refunds and Returns
Refund Policy: SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS does not offer refunds for any work carried out, once completed. This includes any tyres or parts that have been fitted or installed as part of the service.
Returns: If a part or tyre is defective upon delivery, it must be reported to SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS immediately. Defective parts will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the supplier’s policy, but this is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and not by SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, debit card, and credit card.
Payment Due: Full payment for services and products is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposit for Bookings or Orders:
When a customer books a service or orders parts with SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking or to place the order.
This deposit serves as confirmation of the customer’s intention to proceed with the service or part order, and it ensures that the required parts or service slot is reserved.
The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the nature of the service or the parts ordered, and customers will be informed of the required deposit amount at the time of booking or order.
If the customer cancels the booking or order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
6. Customer Responsibility
Vehicle Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle and the work performed prior to departure from our garage. Once the customer has accepted the work and left the premises, they acknowledge that the work has been completed to their satisfaction.
Proper Use and Maintenance: After receiving services from SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is maintained and used properly, in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS shall not be held responsible for:
Any damage or issues arising after the customer has left the garage with the vehicle.
Any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by improper use or maintenance of the vehicle after service.
8. Customer Complaints
If a customer has a complaint about any part of our service, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve issues quickly and fairly. All complaints should be made in writing to our customer service team or via email.
9. Changes to This Policy
SALEK TYRES AND MECHANICS reserves the right to update or amend this policy sheet at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and in our customer communications.
