Legal & Terms
Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment with us.
SALEK TYRE AND MECHANIC strongly advises all customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before leaving our premises at the end of every visit.
Once a customer has left our garage, we are unable to accept responsibility for any issues, faults, damage or complaints that arise or are discovered after departure. Any such claims will not be entertained once the vehicle has left our premises.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that all agreed work has been carried out satisfactorily and to raise any concerns before leaving.
SALEK TYRE AND MECHANIC does not provide any warranty or guarantee on any parts (including tyres), components or consumables replaced or fitted by our technicians, once the customer has left our premises.
This applies to all work carried out including, but not limited to, tyre fitting, brake servicing, battery replacement, lighting and vehicle servicing.
Customers are advised to ensure their satisfaction with the completed work prior to vacating the premises, as outlined in Section 1 above.
SALEK TYRE AND MECHANIC does not offer refunds for any work carried out once it has been completed and the vehicle has left our premises.
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of work, customers must raise the matter in person at our garage prior to leaving the premises. We will endeavour to address and resolve any genuine concerns at the point of service.
For certain bookings — particularly those requiring the pre-ordering of specific parts, tyres or materials — a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.
To cancel or rescheduled an appointment, please contact us by phone on 07341 216705 or by email at contact@salektyreandmechanic.com.
SALEK TYRE AND MECHANIC accepts no liability for any vehicle damage, mechanical failures, accidents or maintenance issues that occur after the vehicle has left our premises following a service or repair.
Customers drive their vehicle at their own risk once it has left our care. We strongly recommend customers carry out the inspection outlined in Section 1 before driving away.
We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, faults unrelated to the work carried out, or issues that arise due to normal wear and tear after service completion.
We accept the following payment methods:
Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed work, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance and in writing with a member of our management team.
Invoices must be settled before the vehicle is released from our premises. We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until outstanding payment has been made.
When you submit a booking request through our website or provide your details by phone, we collect and use personal information (including name, phone number, email address, and vehicle registration) solely for the purpose of managing your appointment and communicating with you about our services.
